Roofering experience, especially in asphalt shingle installation and repair. A willingness to learn the IBHS FORTIFIED standard and Roof Maxx application process. Honesty and integrity in customer interactions. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation. We train the right people, so if you have the character and the work ethic, we can teach the skills.
