Our Storm Damage Process

First, we inspect within 24 to 48 hours of the storm, before the next rain event. We photograph everything with date-stamped photos of debris, granule accumulation, visible shingle damage, and attic findings. We note the storm date, because insurance claims are correlated against weather event records. We provide an independent documented roof inspection before the adjuster visit, giving you an objective record to compare against the adjuster's findings. Then we repair or replace, depending on what the roof actually needs.

Documenting Storm Damage

Louisiana Act 144 of 2025 bars contractors from advertising as insurance claims specialists or interpreting your policy, and we follow that law.

Louisiana law also sets deadlines for your insurer.
