Services

Acadiana Roof Restoration LLC provides Roof Maxx shingle restoration, FORTIFIED roof installation, roof replacement, roof repair, storm damage restoration, and roof inspection services in Lafayette, Baton Rouge, and the surrounding South Louisiana parishes. All services are subject to a free assessment and a written estimate before any work begins.

Estimates and Assessments

Free roof assessments are provided at no cost and with no obligation. Any estimate given is based on the condition observed at the time of assessment. Final pricing may vary if conditions change between assessment and the start of work. All work is subject to a written contract signed by the homeowner before commencement.

Warranties

Roof Maxx treatments carry a transferable 5-year warranty from Roof Maxx Technologies. FORTIFIED roof installations carry warranties as specified in the written contract. Workmanship is warranted per the terms of the written contract. Manufacturer warranties on materials are separate and governed by the manufacturer's terms.

Insurance Claims

Acadiana Roof Restoration provides documentation to support insurance claims but does not guarantee claim approval. The homeowner is responsible for communicating with their insurance carrier and for any deductibles or out-of-pocket costs not covered by insurance.
