What the package includes

A free, honest roof assessment to confirm your roof is a good candidate. A bio based Roof Maxx treatment, developed by Battelle, that soaks into dry shingles and restores their flexibility. And a transferable 5 year warranty on the treatment. One treatment adds up to 5 years of life for approximately 20 to 25 percent of what a full replacement would cost, including all prep work, and it can be reapplied up to three times for up to 15 years of added roof life.

Who it is for

The Roof Rescue Package is for homeowners whose asphalt shingles are drying out and shedding granules but are still structurally sound and not actively leaking. That is the window where Roof Maxx does the most good. If your roof is past that point, we will tell you honestly and talk through replacement instead, because selling you a treatment that will not hold helps no one.
